Optimizing License-Use

Transparency of those licenses actually used is not a given for many companies. User-profiles and role-distribution are subject to constant change in companies, and orienting licensing to this in real time is not an easy task for a company's IT department. What makes this even more difficult is well-known manufacturer licensing policy, which also – but not always – reflects regularly alternating user definitions.

Based on the users' actual working methods, we carry out the best possible classification of the existing licenses. This avoids such things as unnecessary further purchases.

However, if a further purchase is necessary due to increasing use, measuring provides the basis for an extremely accurate definition of the requirements and, hence, often for crucial savings.
