Problem
A client once hit the nail on the head when he said, "For us, SAP is the main software program we use to control our company. And it has to function at full capacity. Needs-based functions, top performance, zero errors, low-cost maintenance, no down-time, predictable behaviour and plannable, adequate expense."
We Take You Closer to this Goal.
We do this by providing an integrated method for optimizing SAP operations and SAP use in order to implement an integrated, controllable and good software system.
The method is based on a few principles which we have backed up with a lot of methodical knowledge and software in order to implement it:
- Principle 1: Use. The purpose of SAP systems is in its use by users. Only when this use has been really understood can we optimize it so that it will achieve the desired results. That's why we measure this use completely and in great detail with the help of software.
- Principle 2: Costs. Much is possible, but the bottom line has to add up. So we always look at desirable and achievable quality, cost and performance structures, feasibility and efficiency.
- Principle 3: Source. Our know-how is fed from the world's biggest source of know-how – the installed SA base. Some two million man-years have been spent around the world learning, installing, operating and optimizing SAP. By measuring systems, identifying cost-savings and systematically preparing this data, you will be able to access them at this source.
