Bayer Business Systems, or BBS for short, and VMS have been working together closely for years on the subject of benchmarking.

In this case VMS investigated both BBS' own systems and the systems in Bayer's other divisions (Material Science and Crop Science) as part of other benchmarks.

VMS also uses the VMS monitor in a series of areas. One of the essential tasks here is the continued development of the SLAs and their neutral monitoring.

In addition, VMS advises Bayer Business Services on many other areas concerned with outsourcing.
