Henkel and VMS have been cooperating on a series of projects since 2003.
In the course of this work, performance and organizational forms of the IT systems (in-house operations, outsourcing, applications management with various providers) in all European locations were investigated and assessed in a VMS Report.
Henkel was given decision-making aids for assessing centralization and de-centralization respectively, in particular with special reference to the various cost levels in different countries.
As part of a VMS Monitor, VMS supported with the technical optimization of all Henkel ERP systems around the world. VMS also carried out a similar evaluation for BW.
