Windows, SQL Server and a whole lot of other technical products make Microsoft one of the world's major platform providers of SAP systems.

Microsoft faced an independent opinion of its new generation of SQL Server software. A VMS Report was carried out at one client, TÜV Nord, in order to test the benefits claimed by the developer. At the same time the client landscape was investigated for potential for improvement in the usual VMS manner.

The cost situation of TÜV Nord proved to be excellent. In the technical area, VMS was able to develop ways of improving the specific client situation; these were implemented immediately.
