A personalized benchmark was prepared with the VMS Report as from summer 2002 in order to optimize Ravensburger's systems, which are utilized to greatly varying degrees on a seasonal basis.
Three systems lines were investigated, one of which was a highly-specialized in-house SAP-based development for the logistics department. Since then, in order to continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the systems, a monthly report has been prepared on the cost, use and quality of the system.
