The Düsseldorf City Works Department uses the SAP sector solution IS-U and continues to standardize with SAP.

The objective of the utilization of the VMS Report was to closely base the optimization of the IT systems to the ramp-up of IS-U in order to guarantee cost transparency and the appropriate sizing of its IT environment.
